Here at the Lifestyle Physiologist we focus on ‘Lifestyle Medicine’ (rather than prescription drugs) which may include behaviour change, exercise, rehabilitation, managing stress & dietary improvements. We also consider the importance and relevance of proper relaxation, sleep, sunlight & time spent outdoors in nature on overall physical, spiritual and mental wellbeing. We don’t just suggest “eat less, move more”, we look at breaking down any barriers that may be obstructing your progress towards achieving optimal health.
