I deliver Personal Training in Brighton and the surrounding area. I am highly specialised in working with clinically vulnerable clients with chronic disease such as coronary artery disease, type 2 diabetes, obesity, etc.
What’s included in a ten week health and wellbeing package?
1. An initial in-depth (1 hour) health / fitness / lifestyle consultation via a home visit. We will discuss current health status, pre-existing medical conditions, risk factors for chronic disease, mental well-being, goal setting, diet and exercise planning.
2. A mini assessment including blood pressure, resting heart rate, oxygen sats, and movement analysis /body composition (if appropriate) plus any other appropriate tests such as heart rate variability.
3. Ten weeks of progressive exercise focussing on cardiorespiratory fitness, fat loss, muscular strength or endurance.
