No. This is a specialist cardiac rehabilitation and exercise programme delivered by a certified clinical exercise physiologist with over 20 years of experience working with cardiac patients. It is clinically informed, structured, and designed specifically for people with cardiac conditions or risk factors.

Not necessarily. The programme is also suitable for people with cardiovascular risk factors such as high blood pressure, raised cholesterol, a sedentary lifestyle, or excess weight who want structured, specialist support.

Many people complete NHS cardiac rehabilitation and then feel unsure about what to do next. This programme provides the structured, specialist follow-on support that helps you continue to progress safely.

You may still be suitable for the programme. All applicants are screened individually, and the initial assessment ensures the programme is appropriate for your current stage of recovery.

The programme is delivered remotely, with coaching, guidance, and check-ins conducted via phone or video call. This makes it accessible regardless of location and allows flexible scheduling.

That is very common and completely understandable. A significant part of the programme is focused on helping you understand what is safe, how to pace yourself, and how to gradually rebuild confidence.

No. The programme meets you where you are and progresses from there. It is designed for people who may be starting from a low baseline or who have been inactive for some time.

Yes. These are among the most common risk factors we work with. The programme is designed to support people with these conditions as part of a long-term heart health strategy.

The programme is designed to fit around your life. You can expect to commit a few hours per week to exercise sessions, with regular coaching check-ins on top of that.

At the end of the programme, you will receive a review and next-step plan. Many clients continue with ongoing support, membership, or a follow-on programme depending on their needs.
