What our classes offer
Every class is designed around safety, progression and confidence-building for people with cardiac conditions.

Small group sizes for personal attention and safety
Heart-rate monitored sessions where appropriate
Led by an ACSM Certified Exercise Physiologist (C-EP)
Suitable for those who have completed NHS cardiac rehab
Structured warm-up, conditioning and cool-down phases
AED (defibrillator) on site at every in-person session

Adults with stable cardiac conditions seeking ongoing supervised exercise
Graduates of NHS Phase III cardiac rehabilitation
People with cardiovascular risk factors wanting safe, structured activity
Those who prefer the support and camaraderie of a small group
People living with chronic lung conditions such as COPD, also suitable for those using ambulatory oxygen
People who have completed the NHS pulmonary rehabilitation programme and want to continue exercising safely and effectively
