Frequently asked questions

How long does the assessment take?
The comprehensive health assessment takes approximately 90 minutes. This allows time for a thorough evaluation without rushing, so we can cover every aspect of your health in detail.
Where do assessments take place?
Assessments are conducted in Brighton. A hybrid option is also available where the physical testing is done in person and the consultation and report review can be completed online.
Do I need a GP referral?
No referral is needed. You can book directly. However, if you have any acute or unstable cardiac symptoms, we recommend speaking with your GP or cardiologist first.
What should I wear and bring?
Wear comfortable clothing suitable for light exercise. Bring a list of your current medications and any recent test results or discharge letters from your cardiologist if available.
Is this suitable if I haven't had a cardiac event?
Absolutely. The assessment is valuable for anyone wanting a detailed understanding of their cardiovascular health, fitness, and risk factors — whether for prevention or recovery.
